Project Mayflower-Building and Sailing a 17th-Century Replica tells the true story of the improbable creation of the famous replica ship and her high-profile voyage across the Atlantic. Those behind the idea had no plans, no crew, and no money, only a grand vision to thank America for its World War II sacrifices.

Richard Stone, former television executive, has researched captivating new details of the Mayflower II venture in this new book featuring a forward by noted Plymouth historian James W. Baker.

6pm light refreshments – 7pm lecture begins
