Annual Snow Row (Hull) (POSTPONED to April 15, 2023)

The Hull Lifesaving Museum is POSTPONING the 2023 Snow Row and associated activities, which was scheduled for this coming Saturday, until April 15th, 2023. This is due to unfavorable weather with high winds predicted for this Saturday.

HLM’s signature-rowing race, the Snow Row, a celebration of traditional fixed seat boats and rowers. The race covers a 3 3/4 mile triangular course starting off at the beach at Windmill Point, continuing around Sheep Island, past the Peddocks Island day marker, and back to shore. The race is unique for its incredible LeMans-style start and its one-of-a-kind gathering of boats and athletes.

Snow Row Spectator Boat – Back by popular demand! The perfect spot to watch the race unfold. Consider it an “on-the-water” ski lodge where ticketed guests can go to warm up in between excursions to the beach to check out the boats. Everyone should be onboard by 11:45 am, 15 minutes before the start of the race. Departing from Pemberton Pier, Hull, MA – Boarding: 10:30 – 11:45am. Tickets are $20.per person.
