Join the NSRWA as we explore Bates Lane Conservation Area. This hidden gem in Scituate includes unique topography, steep ridges, 430-million-year old rock formations, glacial evidence, and beautiful mixed forests. It’s a great place to explore when much of the tree foliage has receded, exposing many fascinating geologic features. Topics include native flora and fauna, local history and lore, all while having fun exploring nature. Great for all ages!
Park and meet at the lot in front of the Mt. Hope Improvement Society building at 287 Clapp Rd Scituate, MA. Look for the NSRWA Subaru!
