This 8 week Wednesday evening course introduces you to an ages-old path to overall wellness. Taking a practical approach to living mindfully, enjoying where you are now and accepting life on its terms. In this course you’ll begin to understand and appreciate the basics of eastern philosophy and how these commonsense practices can bring peace to our busy lives. We will also take a deep dive into understanding, appreciating, and practicing the most common meditative approaches.

This course is led by Sean Baggett who is a mindfulness practitioner and a student of Buddhist philosophy. He has taught similar courses at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility and The Anchor of Hull. Sean’s classes are easy going, informal and welcoming.
