Intro to Organic Gardening Workshop (Middleborough)

This program is geared towards beginners, but all skill levels are welcome to join. This participatory workshop will include classroom time learning organic strategies for small-scale gardens. Discussing topics such as: planning your garden, seed selection, soil health, planting methods, succession planting, and upkeep.

Participants will move outside (weather permitting) for the hands-on portion of the program. Garden bed preparation and seeding info will also be included. Extended time will be given for participants to ask questions and share experiences. Wear shoes and clothing that could potentially get muddy.
