Tai Chi is an ancient art involving postures, breathing, and movements to enhance the flow of energy, or chi, throughout and around the body. It is based on the concepts of yin and yang, the dynamic balancing of opposites, and the rhythms of the natural world.
Kathryn Demers is a certified tai chi and qi gong instructor. With a diverse background in education, movement-based learning, and energy modalities, Kathryn enjoys teaching the art and science of tai chi.
