Hearth Artisan Bread is an artisan bakery founded in 2010 in Plymouth, MA by Peter Nyberg and his wife Nicole. Our philosophy is simple – to make delicious, high-quality artisan bread and baked goods by hand daily, using the natural sourdough starter that Peter created early in his career, holding true to traditional French and German bread baking techniques.
Hearth Artisan Bread is baked with the highest quality ingredients, including our own proprietary natural levain (starter). It is part of our ongoing commitment to our customers to provide high quality bread containing healthy, unprocessed ingredients.
