King Richard’s Faire

NOTE: 2020 Cancellation Notice - In the midst of never-before-imagined circumstances and continuing health concerns affecting our entire country, King’s Faire, Inc. has made the extremely difficult decision not to open the gates for the 2020 King Richard’s Faire season.

Minstrels, handsome knights, fire-eating entertainers, wacky wenches, frolicking faeries, talented dancers and artisans, and exotic tigers... This is just a sampling of what you will experience at King Richard’s Faire, a place where visitors can travel back in time and escape reality on 80 acres of enchanted woods.

Entertainment - Throughout the day, cheerful villagers engage visitors in His majesty’s forest while hundreds of talented performers including acrobats, aerialists, puppeteers and jugglers offer non-stop entertainment on any one of eight vibrant stages throughout the property. King Richard’s Faire features rides, games, horseback knight battles, sword making, glass blowing, portrait and face painting, psychic readings, and the list goes on! Food-Epicurean pleasures, suited for royalty, will tantalize your taste buds with the Faire’s unbelievable choices of truly scrumptious treats. Satiate your palate with giant spit-roasted turkey legs, ringlets of fryes, and boules of chowder or stew. Don’t forget to quench thy thirst with champagne, wine, and brew!

Shopping - Many of the King’s talented artisans journey from around the globe to share their beautiful hand-spun pottery, jewelry, clothing, leather, scented oils perfumes, armor, and moccasins.
